Get ready for four days and four nights at Jay Peak! Ski and ride incredible terrain, stay at the Stateside Hotel, and enjoy everything the resort has to offer both on and off the mountain. From the indoor water park and hot tubs to skating, movies, dining, and more, Jay Peak is one of the highlights of the West Ski Club season.

All payments are made through PaySchools. Payment options may take approximately 24–72 hours to appear after forms are submitted, so families should not wait until the deadline to complete registration. Student are then placed on the trip roster after payment is verified, which may take an additional 24 hours, excluding weekends.

Roommate requests will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. Triple and double rooms are available in limited quantities and may not be available to all students requesting them. If the requested room type is unavailable, West Ski Club will contact the family before confirming a different room arrangement.
A room is complete only when all roommates have submitted all required registration items. One student's registration does not hold a room for the rest of the requested roommate group. Incomplete rooms may be reassigned or combined.
Trip registration is first come, first served and space is limited. The West Ski Club Membership Form may be submitted before or with the Jay Peak Registration Form, but all required forms, payments, and eligibility requirements must be completed before roster placement.
Submitting the Jay Peak Registration Form alone does not reserve a spot on the trip.
