Use the West Ski Club Trip Rosters to verify membership and trip registration status.

The Google Sheet includes separate tabs at the bottom for:

• Official Members
• Day Trips
• Jay Peak

Select the appropriate tab to view your student's status.

Students and families are responsible for checking the roster to confirm that registration requirements have been completed and the student has been placed on the appropriate trip roster. Contact Mr. Saddler ([email protected]) if you think there is an error.

💡 Tip: On a phone, you may need to scroll or tap the sheet tabs at the bottom to switch between rosters.

Roster Update Timing

PaySchools may take 24–72 hours to reflect a payment. After payment appears, allow up to an additional 24 hours, excluding weekends, for the club advisor to verify payment and other registration requirements before the student is added to the roster.
